In this context, we wish to expressly point out that the denomination “Schmelzfeuer” is trademark-protected inter alia in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, by registration in the name of DENK Keramische Werkstätten e. K., Proprietor: Mr. Fabian Denk, Neershofer Straße 123 – 125, 96450 Coburg. The trademark law protection of the denomination “Schmelzfeuer” among other things includes candles, lighting systems and ceramic products.
Consequently, you are prohibited from using the denomination “Schmelzfeuer” for any candles, lighting systems and ceramic products other than those of DENK Keramische Werkstätten e. K., whether in any identical or confusingly similar denomination, without the prior approval of DENK Keramische Werkstätten e. K. Any unauthorised use of the denomination “Schmelzfeuer” constitutes a trademark infringement that will not be tolerated by DENK Keramische Werkstätten e. K. In this context, we already here and now point out that any infringement of the trademark “Schmelzfeuer” will result in a warning with costs and – if necessary – will also be judicially enforced.
